We are carrying out the fire and corrosion protection of the roof of the Villarreal CF stadium.
Specifically the refurbishment of the north area with a total scope of 2000 Tn in a tight deadline (3 months) carrying out the passive fire protection of the two towers to reach R90+C4H, as well as the anti-corrosion treatment with category C4 H of the “megacercha” and roof structure of the north area. A complete application service was carried out in the workshop and delivered to the site ready for assembly.
The system applied consists of a layer of zinc-rich, intumescent solvent-based epoxy primer and two layers of polyurethane finish in the Villarreal CF corporate colour. On the other hand, the anti-corrosion system will consist of a layer of high solid epoxy cured with polyamide and a layer of polyurethane enamel.
