PASSIVE PROTECTION AND ANTI-CORROSION TREATMENT
Remodelling of the first division stadium of Villarreal FC stadium in the north area of the remodelling with a total scope of (2000 Tn) in a record time of (3 months) carrying out the passive fire protection of the two towers to reach R90+C4H as well as the anti-corrosion treatment with category C4 H of the megacup and roof structure of the north area.
The system applied consists of a zinc-rich epoxy primer coat, solvent-based intumescent and two coats of polyurethane finish in the corporate colour for the intumescent system, while the anti-corrosion system will consist of a high-solids epoxy coat cured with polyamide and a polyurethane enamel coat.
