Application of anti-heat and anti-corrosion solution in energy equipment.
Work carried out on G.B. equipment for the generation of energy from biomass.
Blasting of all parts to Sa 2 ½ according to ISO 8501-1. In the hopper where the biomass is stored, a thick layer of 450 µm of abrasion-resistant epoxy and exterior anti-corrosion treatment until reaching C4 according to ISO 12944.
In the rest of the parts, the interior is treated with an anti-caloric treatment composed of zinc silicate plus aluminium silicone layer and the exterior is coated with an inert multipolymeric matrix with a C5 classification in accordance with ISO 12944.
